Two decades of dedication to organosilicon and polymer materials — building cornerstones for industrial partners through chemistry
Cornerstone New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise driven by deep expertise in organosilicon chemistry and polymer materials science. Our core technical team brings over two decades of hands-on experience across silicone siloxane synthesis, polymer additive formulation, and thermoplastic elastomer processing. From day one, we have been guided by a single mission: to empower downstream customers with professional, consistent, and trustworthy material solutions that elevate product performance.
With more than twenty years of industry immersion, we understand the real challenges facing manufacturers — from cosmetic formulators' exacting demands for volatile silicone spreadability and residue control, to synthetic leather producers' insistence on precise hydroxyl silicone reactivity and lot-to-lot consistency, to wire and cable companies' ongoing balancing act between halogen-free flame retardancy and extrusion processability. This application-level insight is the foundation of our three core business segments: Organic Silicone Siloxanes, Cable Material Solutions, and Elastomer Solutions.
Dedicated to silicone monomer equilibration polymerization, functional modification and purification. Core team members bring 15+ years in siloxane synthesis with full-process capability from bench-scale to pilot production. Our controlled polymerization process for hydroxypropyl silicone oil achieves stable PDI control in the 1.40-2.50 range, ensuring consistent reactivity for downstream customers.
Centered on cable compound and engineering plastics applications — flame retardant synergism, antioxidant thermal stability, light stabilizer formulation optimization. Equipped with twin-screw extruders, oxygen index testers, TGA analyzers and full processing/evaluation capability, enabling formulation-level validation that significantly shortens customer development cycles.
Focused on compounding modification, dynamic vulcanization and molding of POE, SEBS, EPDM, TPV and other thermoplastic elastomers. Team members bring deep backgrounds in automotive components and cable manufacturing, delivering complete support from grade selection to process window optimization.
In the chemical materials industry, quality is defined not only by specification compliance, but by control over the subtle yet critical differences between batches. We understand: for a synthetic leather manufacturer, a hydroxyl value shift from 102 to 110 may mean a significant change in reaction kinetics and product hand-feel; for a cable extrusion line, a few microns of drift in flame retardant particle size distribution could cause marked degradation in surface finish and abnormal extrusion pressure fluctuation.
That is why we build quality defenses at three levels: Raw Materials — strict supplier qualification audits and incoming batch inspection, with full-chain traceability from production batch to supplier for key materials; Process — real-time online monitoring and automated recording of reaction temperature, pressure, time, vacuum level and other critical parameters, with instant alerts on deviation; Finished Product — each batch undergoes testing on a minimum of 6 key indicators with a certificate of analysis issued before release, and all test data archived for future reference. Every gram is traceable.
We believe that in the materials industry, true professionalism is not about displaying an overwhelming product catalog — it is about deeply understanding the performance logic behind every chemical structure, and delivering it consistently, repeatably.
We don't chase catalog breadth. For twenty years, we have focused on two technical axes — organosilicon chemistry and polymer modification — mastering not just the "what" but the "why" in every category. When customers face application challenges, we don't just recommend alternatives; we provide solutions grounded in the relationship between molecular structure and processing conditions.
Our team understands not just reaction mechanisms but the engineering challenges of scale-up — heat transfer, mass transfer, mixing efficiency, side-reaction control. What customers receive is not a product that barely meets spec in a glass flask, but an industrial-grade material reproducible in ton-scale reactors. This means customers avoid lengthy process re-qualification when introducing our materials.
We maintain a multi-source critical raw material supply network and reasonable safety stock levels, minimizing upstream volatility impact on customer production. For specialty grades, we support flexible MOQ adjustment and customized packaging — ensuring mid-size and smaller customers enjoy the same quality material supply as large enterprises.
The value of chemical raw materials is not in the unit price tag but in total cost of use — process compatibility, yield improvement through batch consistency, reduced downtime through responsive technical support. Our pricing strategy starts from the customer's total cost of use, helping them gain structural cost advantages in end-market competition.
From sample evaluation, formulation recommendations and process parameter optimization to ongoing production stability tracking, we provide technical support spanning the entire product lifecycle. Customer formulation engineers can directly engage our application technology team for first-hand technical data and practical experience on product performance, compatibility and processing windows.
For customers with specific performance requirements, we offer a joint development pathway — customers define the application performance targets, and our lab team conducts targeted development at the molecular design level. From structure design to sample validation to batch delivery, this forms a complete custom product closed loop — a model that has been successfully deployed across multiple customer-specific application scenarios.
In specialty chemicals, a customer's product formulation and application process represent core commercial secrets. We understand that a single information leak could cause irreparable competitive damage. At Cornerstone, client information security is a lifeline equal in importance to product quality.
Tiered Information Management. All client data, formulation requirements, custom specifications and application parameters are classified and archived by confidentiality level. Access is granted only to authorized technical personnel on a strict Need-to-Know basis. Personnel not assigned to the project have no access to any client technical documentation.
Physical & Technical Isolation. For clients engaging in joint development or custom product services, we can contractually agree on dedicated production batch coding, segregated process records and physically isolated technical data storage. Clients may specify the scope of information access, including but not limited to: prohibition of third-party disclosure of custom product parameters, and prohibition of external promotion referencing the client's project (unless written authorization is obtained).
Legal Protection. Every employee with access to client technical data signs a confidentiality agreement specifying the consequences of breach. For clients requiring deep technical cooperation, we proactively offer a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), providing legal certainty for information security.
Our position is unequivocal: Cornerstone will never disclose Client A's formulation or customization requirements to Client B, nor will we use any client's proprietary technical data in our own product marketing. Client trust is our most valuable asset, and we protect it through both institutional and technical measures.
